Not a lot of traffic on a late wednesday afternoon. Asked the drivers getting gas, got a ride on the 10th ish try.

Traffic mostly local. Held up a sign to Poland and all drivers shrugged that they're not going there. But at 5PM on a wednesday it didn't take long until I got a car towards the border. Gas station employees gave me a piece of cardboard for the sign and were very nice. :)

Nice little spot for small car to stop. We barely started and after 1 minute got ride to eastern part of Berlin.

Busy spot, we stood with sign at the exit.

Waited around the station for a while, even with a sign, but nothing. Got a lift the moment we went to the exit.

Dont go there, you will get stranded. If karma is good for you then some pervert might pick you up tho.

Easy to find a ride to Poland, there's a free toilet in the back of the parking lot also. Got catcalled by polish truck drivers but otherwise recommend the spot

Reasonable traffic, many cars going to Berlin airport or somewhere north but within 20 min I got a ride direction Poland with people going back to Frankfurt Oder after checking out a flat in Berlin.

Works, but I'm sure there's better places. Trucks can't stop. Cars can't tell where you want to go.

I waited only 10 minutes for a ride. It's a nice place to hitchhike when you want to get to Berlin. Most of the drivers go there

especially on workdays in the morning at lot of workers heading to berlin, so this is a good place to hitch. no problem to berlin, much more harder to warsaw or frankfurt/oder

good spot to get to Berlin
just behind the border gate. cars are riding slowly here and its easy to impress somebody. Anyway, there´re some cars stopping so you can ask them.

I tried to hitch here for half an hour, but then decided to walk to the gas station. The 2nd time I started to walk to the gas station directly.

I stood at the exit of Shell petrol station but already on the road and I got a ride by car waiting at the the traffic light, so i recommend standing on that piece of road just to collect all the traffic (from gas station and from the street coming from town)
